The survey has five questions focused on early childhood and aims to start a conversation that will help bring about positive, lasting change for generations to come. The survey will last for a month and the results revealed in March will determine the next steps of the Early Years initiative. The Duchess of Cambridge said: ‘I want to hear the key issues affecting our families and communities so I can focus my work on where it is needed most. My ambition is to provide lasting change for generations to come.”

To launch and promote the project, the Duchess of Cambridge was in Birmingham today where she visited Thinktank, the city’s science museum. There, she met with children at MiniBrum, an interactive, child-sized mini-city in the museum before speaking with various parents who have been involved in the project. Tomorrow, she’ll have engagements in London, Cardiff, and Surrey to continue promoting the initiative.
