Each year, Santander Bank donates money to several social projects from their “Euros from your Payroll” program in which for every euro the employees of the banks donate, the entity contributes another. This year, 42 117€ were donated in total. The projects that were chosen in the five different categories are the Sisters of Mary Immaculate (international cooperation), the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (disability), the Creality Foundation (health), Fundación Mujeres (social inclusion), and the Dádoris Foundation (early childhood education).

In addition to the twelve projects, Queen Letizia awarded a special prize to the Spanish Red Cross to recognize their work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through their Red Cross Responds program, one million people have received assistance and telephone support, 25,000 families received basic goods, 16,000 people were supported in terms of employment and 3,000 homeless people were given a place to sleep.

Queen Letizia wore a pink knit top with her Reiss ombré skirt and black Burberry belt. She also wore her pink Carolina Herrera coat over her shoulder. She paired the outfit with her Manolo Blahnik black pumps and Hugo Boss Colyne clutch as well as her Karen Hallam gold ring.
