Regal Review: Queen Margrethe's 75th Birthday Celebrations - Gala Dinner

For our second Regal Review post, we continue taking a look at Queen Margrethe’s 75th birthday celebrations in 2015. After a reception and a concert in Aarhus on April 8th, Queen Margrethe hosted a glittering gala banquet at Christianborg Palace on April 15th with foreign royal guests in attendance.

Queen Margrethe wore a stunning red gown by Danish designer Birgitte Thaulow. She wore the Order of the Elephant and her Floral Aigrette Tiara.

Crown Princess Mary wore her Birgit Hallstein gown with matching Gianvito Rossi pumps and her Judith Leiber clutch. She wore the Order of the Elephant and her Ruby Parure jewels.

Princess Marie wore her Rikke Gudnitzn blue lace peplum gown with her Zara black peep toes and Bottega Veneta navy clutch. She also wore the Order of the Elephant and her Princess Dagmar’s floral tiara with Queen Alexandrine’s Diamond and Sapphire brooch worn as a pendant.
