Regal Review: The Wedding of Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia

Today, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia are celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary! They were married on June 13th, 2015 at the Royal Chapel in Stockholm.

After the wedding, the newlywed couple took part in a procession in the streets of Stockholm.

They arrived back to the Royal Palace where they greeted the crowds waiting for them and attend the following reception with their guests.

Princess Sofia wore an Ida Sjöstedt wedding gown made in a crepe in the full page which is duplicated with Italian silk organza. The lace applications in couture lace by José María Ruiz on wedding dress and trailers are hand-cut and then hand embroidered in Ida Sjöstedt's studio in Stockholm. She also wore Charlotte Olympia pumps. Princess Sofia wore a new diamond and emerald tiara that was a gift from the King and Queen.
