Today, the British Royal Family took part in a special BBC TV program to celebrate Commonwealth Day. Commonwealth Day is usually marked with a service attended by the family at Westminster Abbey but because of the pandemic, the service was canceled and the royals celebrated the day virtually.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge talked with medical, charity, and voluntary staff from across the Commonwealth including Dr. Zolelwa Sifumba from South Africa.

The Countess of Wessex talked to three women from around the Commonwealth, to hear about their experiences of supporting other women and their wider communities. Monday is also International Women’s Day.

The Duchess of Cambridge wore her blue Emilia Wickstead blue dress and matching belt with new earrings. The Countess of Wessex wore a black outfit and her Patrick Mavros earrings.
