The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge celebrate St David's Day in Wales

The couple first visited Pant Farm near Abergavenny. They toured the farm and heard about the challenges faced by the sector and how the farm works with local industries.

Afterward, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visited Abergavenny Market where they toured the stalls and met with the crowd waiting for them.

They then traveled to Blaenavon Hwb which is a community-focused youth center that helps to support over 600 local young people. They met some of the people who have been supported by the Hwb and they also took part in some of the activities of the Hwb such as making welsh cakes to mark St David’s Day.

Finally, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge planted a tree in Blaenavon as part of the Queen’s Canopy Initiative which has been launched to mark Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee.

The Duchess of Cambridge wore her Seeland jacket with a green turtleneck, jeans, and her Blundstone boots. She also wore new Spells of Love earrings (with thanks to Mari).
