Belgian Royal Couple and Grand Ducal Couple attend Meeting of Heads of State of German-speaking countries

This week, King Philippe, Queen Mathilde, Grand Duke Henri, and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa attended the 18th Informal Meeting of the Heads of state of the German-speaking countries in Vaduz, Liechtenstein.

On Monday, after having been received in the court winery of the Prince of Liechtenstein in Vaduz, the Heads of state and their spouses had their first work meeting at Hilti AG in Schaan. The meeting focused on the impact of the war in Ukraine in their respective countries.

In the evening, King Philippe, Queen Mathilde, Grand Duke Henri, and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa joined the other Heads of state and their spouses at a reception at Vaduz Castle.

On Tuesday, the Heads of state and their spouses visited the University of Liechtenstein in Vaduz. They took the time to answer questions from the press as well.

There, they attended a working session on philanthropy and how politics, business, and philanthropy can work together effectively.

The Heads of state and their spouses also had an informal meeting with representatives of the state parliament and the government.

On Monday, Queen Mathilde wore a new Etro dress with nude pumps and a red clutch. She paired the outfit with her Christine Bekaert earrings and her Rolex watch.
