On Tuesday, Queen Maxima marked the 15th anniversary of the Het Begint met Taal Foundation in the Rotterdam Public Library. The Foundation’s network brings 42,000 newcomers who want to practice the Dutch language into contact with language volunteers. During the event, Queen Maxima launched 'Chatting with colleagues', a new program for employers.
