She also met refugee women who seek refuge in "safe spaces". She then toured the camp to meet with the inhabitants.

Queen Mathilde also learned more about the SAFE+2 program, an initiative of the WHO, the UN Refugee Agency, the World Food Programme, and the Food and Agriculture Organization, aiming to protect the degraded ecosystem while improving the resilience of refugee households.
