On Tuesday, Queen Maxima opened the new Qredits headquarters in Almelo. The non-profit organization provides loans and offers coaching and training to SME entrepreneurs.

Queen Maxima toured the new building and spoke with entrepreneurs who have developed sustainable products as well as with entrepreneurs who shared their experiences with the SME Sustainability Loan. She also met with administrators from various provinces and representatives of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy about a study by consultancy firm KplusV into promoting sustainability among SMEs.
