On Wednesday, Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa attended the concert marking the start of the Luxembourg Presidency of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg.

On Thursday, Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa first attended the conference « Facing the Future with Confidence, Building on a quarter century of Expérience » to mark the 25th anniversary of the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Council of Europe. Afterward, the Grand Ducal Couple met with Marc Cools, President of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities.

Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa visited the Youth Department of the Council of Europe for a work meeting on youth priorities and work. The agenda included the quality label for centers, human rights education, and international cooperation.

On Wednesday evening, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore a black outfit with her Bottega Veneta bag.

On Thursday, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore her Yves Salomon jacket over an Etro printed midi dress. She paired the outfit with Natan sage pumps and her Bottega Veneta bag.
