On Thursday, Queen Mary took part in Sjældne-dagen 2024 which is an international awareness day for rare diseases and disabilities. During the event, Queen Mary presented the Sjældne Prize to a child educator at the Rigshospitalet, Jakob Højer Larsen, and chairman of the Angelman Association, Jane Villemoes.

Queen Mary wore a repeated outfit with her Gianvito Rossi boots. She paired the outfit with her Sophie Bille Brahe earrings, her Dulong bracelet, and the brooch designed by Johan Hagström for the prize.
