Dutch Royal Family celebrates Koningsdag 2024 in Emmen

On Saturday, King Willem-Alexander celebrated his 57th birthday! Koningsdag is usually celebrated in a Dutch city and this year it was in Emmen.

They were welcomed in Emmen by the Mayor and after a walk past statues depicting the history of Emmen, they watched as thirteen dance groups showcased a mix of dances.

Afterward, the Royal Family spent time doing cultural activities with the crowds at Cultuurplein and Innovatieplein.
