On Wednesday, Queen Maxima spent her second day in the Philippines in her role as the UN Secretary-General's Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance.

Queen Maxima first took part in a roundtable discussion at the UN with development partners to explore inclusive finance challenges and opportunities in the Philippines.

Afterward, Queen Maxima met with President Marcos to discuss opportunities to strengthen foundational building blocks and to create financial health metrics.

Queen Maxima also met with a female focus group on financial inclusion at Maya financial services.
