They attended the Women and Men sprint finals for women and men before Crown Prince Haakon attended the Women mass start and the Women Nordic combined individual normal hill.

In the evening, Queen Sonja and Crown Princess Mette-Marit attended the opening concert in Nidaros Cathedral in Trondheim.
