Regal Review: King Harald's Silver Jubilee Tour - Bergen

On 25 June 2016, King Harald and Queen Sonja continued their silver jubilee tour in Bergen. They were joined by Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit.

Upon their arrival in Bergen, both couples did a walkabout to meet the huge crowds waiting for them. They were shown acrobatics both with and without wheels in the form of cheerleading and trial cyclists as well as dancers and musicians, traditional characters on stilts, and football tricks.

Queen Sonja wore a navy double breasted peplum coat with navy trousers, black boots and a Chanel bag.

Crown Princess Mette-Marit wore a white skirt suit with Prada tan laser cut leather pumps and her orange Miu Miu beaded bag.

After the street party, King Harald, Queen Sonja, Crown Prince Haakon, and Crown Princess Mette-Marit attended a garden party at Gamlehaugen, the royal family’s official residence in Bergen. 300 guests from different parts of Hordaland were invited to the garden party hosted by the King.

Queen Sonja wore a red and white printed dress with a matching red jacket. She wore white pumps and a white Chanel bag.

Crown Princess Mette-Marit wore her ecru Burberry midi dress with a white Stella McCartney blazer. She paired the outfit with her Kotur snakeskin clutch and Prada white and gold flat sandals.
