Norwegian Crown Prince Family hosts Friendly Football Match at Skaugum

Today, Crown Prince Haakon, Crown Princess Mette-Marit, Princess Ingrid-Alexandra, and Prince Sverre Magnus took part in a friendly football match in front of their home in Skaugum. It was the first time the match was held since the start of the pandemic.

The Crown Prince Family was joined by Norwegian football superstars Caroline Graham Hansen and Erling Braut Haaland in Team Skaugum. Team Skaugum faced Vivil IL which is a sports team that aims to provide sporting activities to people with disabilites in Asker, Bærum, and Oslo.

The annual friendly match at Skaugum is a collaboration between the Crown Prince Family and the Norwegian Football Association. Vivil IL ended up winning this year’s game 10-9.

Crown Princess Mette-Marit wore New Balance sneakers with her Cartier ring while Princess Ingrid-Alexandra wore Adidas sneakers.
