Luxembourg National Day: Concert & Fireworks
On Wednesday evening, the Grand Duke and Duchess, the Hereditary Grand Duke and Duchess, Prince Louis, Prince Gabriel and Princess Alexandra, attended the Aubade of Military Music and a large parade of associations in connection to the Eve of Luxembourg National Day.
As is tradition, celebrations in the capital kicked off the day before with the country's largest public festival, including the torch procession (Fakelzuch) and traditional fireworks. The fireworks in honour of the Grand Duke's birthday were set off from the Pont Adolphe and lasted for 17 minutes. This breathtaking visual display was accompanied by music, consisting of a compilation of select songs from 2012–2019.
Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore a black ensemble with colorful Taller Marmo coat. She carried her teal Bottega Veneta long clutch and wore her purple satin Prada heels. For jewelry she wore a mixture of Charlotte Chesnais and Annelise Michelson jewels.
Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie wore a Paule Ka white and orange printed wrap dress with orange wedge shoes.
Princess Alexandra wore a black top with black blazer with Off-White Floral Palazzo trousers. She carried her black leather Chanel bag and statement silver earrings.
