Grand Duchess Maria Teresa meets high school students ahead of International Women's Day

On Thursday, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa met 150 students from the Lycée Hubert Clément in Esch-sur-Alzette ahead of International Women's Day.

Grand Duchess Maria Teresa was interviewed for the high school’s newspaper about her work with "Stand Speak Rise Up!" and about gender equality.

Grand Duchess Maria Teresa then answered the students’ questions about the voice that needs to be given to victims and the promotion of gender equality in schools.

The Grand Duchess then spent time with the students and she encouraged them to “have the courage to be what you want to be and not be what others want you to be”.

Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore a Barbara Bui cardigan with the matching Barbara Bui sweater, a Joseph skirt, and her Etro belt. She paired the outfit with Givenchy ankle boots and a Bottega Veneta bag. She also wore her Peruffo earrings and rings by Charlotte Chesnais and Annelise Michelson.
