Swedish Royal Family attends Opening of Parliament

On Tuesday, King Carl-Gustaf, Queen Silvia, Crown Princess Victoria, Prince Daniel, Prince Carl-Philip, Princess Sofia, Princess Madeleine, and Chris O’Neill attended the official opening of the Parliament in Stockholm.


The Royal Family first attended the traditional church service marking the day at Storkyrkan.

Afterward, they traveled in a horse-drawn procession from the Royal Palace to the Riksdag building to attend the official opening.


Queen Silvia wore her Georg et Arend white jacket and matching black dress with her Salvatore Ferragamo pumps and her Chanel clutch. She also wore her usual stack of bracelets.

Crown Princess Victoria wore her & Other Stories dress with her Gianvito Rossi pumps and her Abro clutch. She also wore her Kreuger Jewellery earrings.

Princess Sofia wore an Andiata dress with her Gianvito Rossi pumps and a Susan Szatmary clutch. She paired the outfit with Headpieces by M headpiece, her CravingFor necklace, and her Bigli Jewels ring.

Princess Madeleine wore her Zadig et Voltaire jacket with a white top and a black midi skirt by Wakakuu Icons. She paired the outfit with her Christian Dior pumps, a Gucci clutch, and a velvet hair bow. She also wore Zara earrings, her Ebba Brahe necklace, and her Cartier bracelet.
