King Felipe and Queen Letizia attend Pascua Militar
Today, King Felipe and Queen Letizia attended their first event of the year, the annual Pascua Militar.
The ceremony is very important in the Spanish military life. A short ceremony first took place outside the Royal Palace where the national anthem was played and King Felipe reviewed the troops. Afterward, the Royal couple made their way to the Throne Room where King Felipe made his traditional speech and awarded decorations to several guests.
Queen Letizia wore a stunning new blue long sleeve gown. The gown is coat-inspired and has a slit at the front. Letizia also wore her Nina Ricci navy suede pumps, her Karen Hallam ring and stunning earrings that belonged to the Countess of Barcelona.
