Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel attend seminar on music and movement

Today, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel attended a seminar on music and movement organized by the Crown Princess Couple’s foundation at the Bernadotte Library at the Royal Palace.

The seminar focused on the connection between the brain, emotions, and how music and movement can have a positive impact on young people's well-being.

In her speech, Crown Princess Victoria said: “There is no doubt that the issue of young people's mental health is both topical and important. However, it is not simple. And no matter how much we wish for it, there is no easy solution. But if we look at protective factors, we know today that both music and movement can be important ones. I hope that today's seminar will contribute to increased knowledge and new ideas about how we can strengthen young people's mental well-being, and how music and movement can be used in that work.”

Crown Princess Victoria wore a new top and a new skirt by Lexington Company with a burgundy belt, her Vogt Stockholm bag, and her Rizzo pumps. She also wore repeated earrings and her usual stack of bracelets.
