Queen Maxima visits AS Talmaschool and the Eurovision Song Contest in Rotterdam
Today, Queen Maxima was in Rotterdam as Honorary President of More Music in the Classroom.
She first visited AS Talmaschool to unveil an interactive musical play set in the nearby Music Playground. The playground equipment can be used to make music after school and used for music education during school hours. She also attended a roundtable discussion about what music can mean for language development and equal opportunities in education.
Afterward, Queen Maxima and school children attended the dress rehearsal of the second semi-final of the European Song Contest which is taking place in Rotterdam this week.
Queen Maxima and the children also met Nikkie de Jager, a famous Dutch youtuber known as NikkieTutorials, and who is also one of the hosts, to talk about music. You can watch the video (in English) below.
Queen Maxima first wore her Victoria Beckham purple dress with Gianvito Rossi tan leather pumps before changing into her Natan yellow printed dress and Gianvito Rossi brown suede pumps.
