The Duchess of Cambridge attends Wimbledon's Men's Singles Finals
Today, the Duchess of Cambridge attended two Wimbledon finals on the last day of the tournament as Patron of the All England Lawn Tennis Club. She was joined by her father Michael Middleton.
They first attended the Gentlemen’s Wheelchair Singles final between Belgian player Joachim Gerard and British player Gordon Reid. Joachim Gerard won his first Wimbledon title as he beat Reid in two straight sets.
Afterward, they joined the Duke of Kent and his family in the Royal Box to watch the men’s singles final between Novak Djokovic and Matteo Berrettini. Djokovic won his 20th Grand Slam title and his 6th Wimbledon title.
The Duchess of Cambridge then joined the Duke of Kent on the court as the Duke presented the trophies for the last time as President of the All England Lawn Tennis Club. The Duke of Kent is indeed retiring after 52 years as President and was presented a small replica of the Wimbledon trophy during the ceremony.
The Duchess of Cambridge wore a new Beulah London dress - which Crown Princess Mary also owns in cream - with her Aldo shoes and Josef clutch. She paired the outfit with her Mappin & Webb earrings and her Ray-Ban sunglasses. Upon arriving, she also wore her Amaia face mask.
