Queen Maxima attends meetings about debt and housing issues
Today, Queen Maxima attended a meeting with the Minister for Poverty Policy, Participation, and Pensions to discuss tackling problematic debts.
Representatives of SchuldenlabNL also attended the meeting. SchuldenlabNL works together with public and private parties on the scaling up of effective debt relief methods for vulnerable groups to make them debt-free. Queen Maxima is the Honorary President of SchuldenlabNL.
Afterward, Queen Maxima visited Vereniging Eigen Huis (VEH) in Amersfoort. VEH is an association that provides individual services, advice, and collective advocacy for anyone who owns or wants to own a home.
During her visit, Queen Maxima met with home seekers who are unable to find a suitable home such as first-time owners and the elderly. Queen Maxima also listened in on some telephone consultations.
Queen Maxima wore her Valentino cape over a new Natan dress with a Natan belt. She paired the outfit with her Gianvito Rossi pumps and Chanel bag. She also wore her Tom Ford glasses for the first meeting.
