Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel attend seminar on physical activity at school

Today, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel attended the seminar Youth's Perspective on movement's significance for health hosted by the Crown Princess Couple Foundation at the Royal Palace.

Four schools were invited to discuss their experience of tests they undertook in the spring to increase physical activity during the school day.

In her speech, Crown Princess Victoria said: “Everyone says that it is important to move, for the sake of health. Everyone knows. Still, it can be so difficult to find the time and motivation, or a form of exercise that feels fun. But I also think that many people know how it feels when the thoughts of body, diet, and exercise take up too much space. So much space that everything else suffers. Then you do not feel well either. That is why it is so important that the proportions are right when we talk about health. It's about balance .”

Crown Princess Victoria wore her By Malene Birger top with a Culture skirt, her By Malene Birger pumps and a repeated clutch. She paired the outfit with Sägen earrings, a Sägen necklace, and her Epoch watch.
