On Monday evening, King Felipe and Queen Letizia attended the opening ceremony of the Picasso Year, as Honorary Presidents of the National Commission for the Commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the death of Pablo Picasso.

During the Picasso Year, Spain and France will develop a joint program that will include more than forty exhibition projects, two academic congresses, and events that will be held mainly in Europe and North America.

Queen Letizia wore a Massimo Dutti dress (with thanks to Nuria), new Magrit shoes, and her Carolina Herrera clutch. She paired the outfit with her TOUS earrings and her Karen Hallam.
