Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa attend "Klima Bündnis" International Conference

On Thursday, Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa attended the "Klima Bündnis" International Conference in Hesperange.

The conference is organized by the "Klima Bündnis" association acts for climate protection via a network of 2000 members in 27 countries, mainly in Europe. It aims to raise awareness of the need to resort to short circuits, promote individual and local action, and defend the indigenous peoples of tropical forests.

The Grand Ducal couple also took part in workshops to discuss climate transition in municipalities, raising awareness of indigenous causes, and poverty-environment relationships in the world's poorest countries.

Grand Duchess Maria Teresa wore a Loewe jacket over a black outfit which she paired with her Prada pumps and her Louis Vuitton bag. She also wore Charlotte Chesnais jewels.
