Queen Letizia opens the 2022/2023 School Year
On Friday, Queen Letizia marked the opening of the 2022/2023 school year by visiting the Centro Princesa Acerina in Los Llanos de Aridane, La Palma. Students from several schools in the town of Puerto Naos had to be moved to the Center because their schools had to close following the volcanic eruption last year.
Queen Letizia toured the Center and met with students from the three schools and she also held a meeting with teachers and representatives of parents.
Afterward, Queen Letizia went to one of the areas affected by the volcanic eruption, where she had the opportunity to observe the evolution of the recovery works.
Queen Letizia wore her Sandro top with a Massimo Dutti skirt with her Castaner wedges. She paired the outfit with her José Luis earrings and her Karen Hallam ring.
