This week, the Prince and Princess of Wales spent two days in Wales ahead of the Coronation.

On Thursday, the Prince and Princess of Wales joined members of the Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team which is celebrating its 60th anniversary.

The Prince and Princess of Wales took part in training activities such as abseiling, medical support exercises, and a search dog rescue demonstration.

Afterward, the Prince and Princess of Wales spent time with the members at the Dowlais Rugby Club. The couple bought pizzas for everyone.

On Friday, the Prince and Princess of Wales were in Aberfan to pay their respect to the 116 children and 28 adults who lost their lives on 21 October 1966. On that day, a colliery spill tip collapsed and caused a downhill slide.

The Prince and Princess of Wales laid flowers at the Aberfan Memorial Garden before spending time with survivors and their families as well as people who lost relatives in the disaster.

On Thursday, the Princess of Wales wore a Mountain Equipment jacket over a Keela jacket (with thanks to MiddletonMaven) with her Holland Cooper jumper and G-Star Raw jeans. She paired the outfit with her Berghaus shoes, her ASOS cap, and her Accessorize earrings. Later in the day, she changed into her Barbour x Alexa Chung jacket.

On Friday, the Princess of Wales wore her Catherine Walker coat with her Zara dress. She also wore her Gianvito Rossi boots with her Mulberry bag and her Emily Mortimer earrings.
