Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel visit Finland - Day 2

On Thursday, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel spent their second day in Finland. They first visited the sea fortress of Suomen outside Helsinki. It is one of the world's largest naval fortresses and began to be built in 1748 when Finland was part of Sweden.

Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel then visited the Swedish School of Economics in Helsinki. They toured the school and had lunch with Swedish and Finnish students

In the afternoon, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel went to Lovisa where Crown Princess Victoria inaugurated the new Victoria Square. She said: “I hope that this place can also give you harmony: Between nature and freedom, between history and the future, and that you feel the closeness between our two countries.”

Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel concluded their two-day visit by visiting Fazer where they received a presentation and the opportunity to see an exhibition about the company.

Crown Princess Victoria wore her Greta coat with a Greta jacket and her Andiata outfit. She paired the outfit with repeated boots, her Vogt Stockholm clutch, and her Handsome Stockholm gloves. She also wore her Sebastian Schildt earrings and necklace, her Kalevala brooch, and her Epoch watch.
