Queen Silvia presents scholarships to researchers
On Wednesday, Queen Silvia presented the 24 scholarships from King Gustaf V's and Queen Victoria's Masonic Foundation for research for the elderly. The Foundation, of which Queen Silvia is Patron, supports scientific research for the elderly in three main areas: degenerative brain diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and nursing research.
Queen Silvia wore her Maknam suit with her Cartier and Engelbert bracelets.
