Monegasque Princely Family attends pre-National Day events

On Wednesday, the Monegasque Princely Family will celebrate Monaco’s National Day. Ahead of the main day of celebrations, Prince Albert awarded several orders to Monegasque citizens and he was joined by members of the Princely family.

On Monday, Prince Albert and Princess Charlene were at the Louis-II Stadium where Prince Albert presented the medals of Physical Education and Sports. During the ceremony, Louis Ducruet received a medal for his work with the Barbaguians team. Princess Stéphanie, Marie Ducruet, and Camille Gottlieb were in attendance.

On Monday afternoon, Prince Albert, Princess Charlene, Princess Gabriella, Princess Caroline, Princess Stéphanie, Louis Ducruet, and Camille Gottlieb attended a ceremony at the Palace during which Prince Albert awarded the insignia of the Order of Grimaldi and of the Order of Saint-Charles.

Princess Charlene wore a checked jacket, likely by Kiton, with white trousers.

Princess Gabriella wore a Self-Portrait outfit.

Princess Caroline wore a black shirt with a Khaite skirt and a Chanel bag.

Princess Stéphanie wore her Bottega Veneta suit with her Zara bag.

On Tuesday, Princess Caroline presented the insignia of the Order of Cultural Merit at the Palace. During the ceremony, Princess Stéphanie was elevated to the rank of Commander. Prince Albert, Louis Ducruet, and Camille Gottlieb were in attendance.

On Tuesday morning, Prince Albert, Princess Charlene, and Camille Gottlieb also attended another ceremony at the Palace to award the Medal of Honours to Red Cross volunteers.

On Tuesday afternoon, Princess Stéphanie and Camille Gottlieb distributed traditional parcels to Monegasque elders to mark National Day.
