Grand Ducal Family attends the closing of the Octave
On Sunday, the Grand Ducal Family took part in the celebrations marking the closing of the Octave. The Octave is the Protector of Luxembourg and she is celebrated for two weeks each year.
In the morning, the Grand Ducal Couple, the Hereditary Grand Ducal Couple, Prince Felix, Prince Louis, and Prince Sébastien attended the traditional pontifical mass with the renewal of the consecration to Notre Dame.
In the afternoon, the entire Grand Ducal Family joined the Grand Ducal Couple as they took part in the Solemn Procession.
The Grand Ducal Family then appeared on the Balcony of the Grand Ducal Palace to greet the crowds.
