Queen Mathilde receives UNDP Delegation at Royal Palace

On Thursday, Queen Mathilde received a delegation of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), in her capacity as Advocate for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, at the Royal Palace.

During the meeting, she heard more about the delegation’s work on the new campaign “Awake Walk” which aims to raise awareness about the effects of climate change on food security. She also learned about athlete Michael Haddad’s project to complete a 100km walk across the Arctic using an exoskeleton to draw international attention to the climate crisis.

Queen Mathilde wore a pink suit with her Giorgio Armani pumps and Giorgio Armani bag. She paired the outfit with her Sézane earrings and her Rolex watch.
