Queen Maxima visits infrastructure projects

On Tuesday, Queen Maxima visited several infrastructure projects with a focus on the application of circularity. The sector aims to be climate-neutral by 2030, operating entirely circularly, and reusing as many raw materials as possible.

Queen Maxima visited part of the project to widen the A9 motorway between the Badhoevedorp and Holendrecht interchanges before visiting the bridge over the Bullewijk district in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. She also learned more about the Asphalt Recycling Train, which renews old asphalt at the same location, creating a new road surface.

Queen Maxima wore a Natan outfit with her Gianvito Rossi pumps. She paired the outfit with her Miccy’s earrings, her Marianna Goulandris and Dinh Van bracelets, and her Steltman peridot ring.
