Princess Marie attends opening of the new wing of the Danish Home in Chicago

On Saturday, Princess Marie attended the official opening of the new wing of the Danish Home in Chicago. The Danish Home in Chicago was established in 1891 by twelve women of Danish descent to support elderly individuals who had immigrated to the Chicago area from Denmark. The Danish Home now welcomes and celebrates residents of all heritages.

During the ceremony, Princess Marie made a speech and cut the ribbon marking the opening of the building extension.

While in Chicago, Princess Marie also visited the 360 Chicago Observation Deck which offers panoramic views of the Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan.

Princess Marie wore her Zara white coat with her Giambattista Valli dress, her Tod’s wedges, and her Bottega Veneta clutch.

While visiting Chicago, Princess Marie wore her Zara coat with her Hugo Boss printed top, black trousers, and LK Bennett wedges. She also wore her Christian Dior sunglasses.
