Queen Mary attends Mary Fonden's event at Holbæk Hospital
On Tuesday, Queen Mary attended an event hosted by Mary Fonden at Holbæk Hospital. The event celebrated the expansion of the Together without violence - Pregnant Women" program to the Zealand Region. The initiative aims to train midwives and other professionals to systematically screen pregnant couples for violent conflicts and domestic violence.
During the event, Queen Mary attended a roundtable meeting on the dissemination and implementation of the initiative in the region. She also joined a midwives’ training day, taking part in screening and case exercises with the midwives.
