Pope Leo XIV visits Monaco
On Saturday, Pope Leo XIV made an official visit to Monaco. Prince Albert and Princess Charlene welcomed him upon his arrival in Monaco in the morning.
Afterward, Pope Leo XIV was officially welcomed at the Princely Palace by the Princely Couple, their children, and the extended Monégasque Princely Family.
Prince Albert and Princess Charlene then held a private audience with Pope Leo XIV before he addressed the crowd from the Palace’s window.
Pope Leo XIV then joined the Princely Family at the Cathedral of Monaco. During the service, Pope Leo XIV delivered a homily.
In the afternoon, Pope Leo XIV held a Mass at the Stade Louis II with the Monégasque Princely Family in attendance.
Prince Albert and Princess Charlene then accompanied Pope Leo XIV at the Monaco Heliport as Pope Leo XIV departed Monaco.
