Swedish Royal Couple and Crown Princess Victoria attend reception for the Riksdag and Government

On Tuesday, King Carl Gustaf, Queen Silvia, and Crown Princess Victoria attended a reception for the Riksdag and Government ahead of King Carl Gustaf’s 80th birthday.

During the reception, the Speaker of the Riksdag, Andreas Norlén, and Prime Minister, Ulf Kristersson, presented the King with a carpet woven in Märta Måås-Fjetterström's workshop in Båstad. The new carpet has been placed on the podium under the throne in the State Hall at the Royal Palace.

Queen Silvia wore a Weill tweed coat with her Vesna W shirt and a matching Weill skirt. She paired the outfit with repeated pumps and her Lalo clutch.

Crown Princess Victoria wore her Roland Mouret dress with her Gianvito Rossi pumps and a nude clutch. She also wore her Kreuger Jewellery earrings and her Luc of Sweden necklace.
