Crown Princess Mette-Marit at Crown Princess Victoria's Wedding

Crown Princess Mette-Marit of Norway attended the wedding of her close friend Crown Princess Victoria of Sweden to Daniel Westling (now Prince Daniel) alongside her husband, Crown Prince Haakon. 

 

Heaven discovered in February 2016, that the beautiful baby blue gown worn by the Norwegian Crown Princess was the creation of Old Yde, a Danish designer popular with Crown Princess Mary. 

Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit's daughter, Princess Ingrid Alexandra, was a bridesmaid for her godmother Crown Princess Victoria alongside other young royals including Princess Catharina-Amalia and page boy Prince Christian 

Royals from across the world attended the wedding festivities on June 19, 2010, at Stockholm Cathedral. You can see some of the guests in the photo below - including Crown Princess Mette-Marit in her Old Yde gown below:

The engagement of Crown Princess Victoria to her personal trainer, Daniel Westling was announced on February 24, 2009, after the government had given their final consent to the marriage at the King's request.
