In August 2015, Princess Iman of Jordan accompanied her mother, Queen Rania to the MEDEF Summer University Conference in Jouy-en-Josas (close to Paris).
For the event, Iman wore a red and white Contrast Corset 1/2 Circle dress by Alexander McQueen. The Princess wore a matching white cardigan and a pair of Sergio Rossi Puzzle Caged sandals. Additionally, she carried a UFO beige clutch. Iman was also wearing a pair of Elise Dray earrings.
Queen Rania wore a beautiful off-white Givenchy dress with a pair of Dior ball style earrings. The Queen also carried a beige Louis Vuitton purse and wore nude Jimmy Choo heels. Rania's dress features a rounded neck with diagonal straps; it featured a neck tie detail, as well.
During the event, Her Majesty also spoke to those assembled. She spoke about how moderate Muslims must work diligently to combat terror organizations like ISIS who are hijacking Islam. The Queen said, “The so-called Islamic State continues to spread its evil ideology with terror tactics, not only maligning Islam and Muslims at every turn but changing global perceptions of our region.”
Queen Rania stressed that opportunities must be created, even though the Middle East is not an ideal location with the ongoing turmoil. However, it is essential to defeating the radical groups operating in the region.
More about the visit can be read in the press release sent out by the Office of Her Majesty.
Queen Rania and Princess Iman also visited a museum in Paris.
Iman is coming into her own and, dare we say, beginning to rival her glamorous mother in the style game!
