The Duchess of Cambridge visits University of Derby ahead of #WorldMentalHealthDay

Today, the Duchess of Cambridge visited the University of Derby ahead of World Mental Health Day this Saturday.

During the visit, the Duchess of Cambridge had the opportunity to learn how the pandemic has impacted university life, and what national measures have been put in place to support student mental health.

The Duchess of Cambridge spoke with first-year students, sports societies, and nursing students about how the University supports their wellbeing, even before the COVID-19 pandemic. Following the pandemic, Students Minds Organization - the UK’s student mental health charity - created Student Space, a new resource to support students.

The Duchess of Cambridge wore a new Massimo Dutti checked coat with a new blue sweater by Massimo Dutti with black trousers. She also wore her Gianvito Rossi black pumps and a new face mask by Amaia Kids. She also wore her All The Falling Stars necklace and earrings as well as her Halcyon bangle.
