King Felipe and Queen Letizia visit Vinuesa and Soria
Today, King Felipe and Queen Letizia continued their tour of Spain by visiting the autonomous community of Castilla y Leon.
Their visit started in the city of Vinuesa where they first attended a work meeting and dialogue with institutional representatives and experts from the Autonomous Community on the demographic challenge, held at the Pinares Altos de Vinuesa School of Early Childhood and Primary Education.
After the meeting, King Felipe and Queen Letizia toured the city and met with residents.
The royal couple then sat down to discuss with a group of older people from Vinuesa to learn about how their life has developed in the town and future prospects with the commitment to rural and sustainable tourism.
King Felipe and Queen Letizia then traveled to Soria where they attended a meeting with representatives of different sectors of this province to learn first-hand about their future projects and the current situation in Soria.
Then, they walked through the city on their way to Plaza Mayor where they were able to meet with residents.
Their visit ended with a visit to the Teatro Palacio de la Audiencia de Soria. King Felipe and Queen Letizia had the opportunity to see a model of the city (1/500 scale) which was presented for Soria’s 900th anniversary in 2019.
Queen Letizia wore her pink Hugo Boss ‘Kalocca’ dress with her Uterque tied leather wedges. She also wore her gold bamboo earrings and her Karen Hallam gold ring.
