Spanish royal family attends 2021 Princess of Asturias Awards
Tonight, King Felipe, Queen Letizia, Princess Leonor, Infanta Sofia, and Queen Sofia attended the 2021 Princess of Asturias Awards.
This year’s winners are José Andrés and the NGO WORLD CENTRAL KITCHEN (Concord), Marina Abramović (Arts), Gloria Steinem (Communication and Humanities), Amartya Sen ( Social Sciences), Carlos Sainz Cenamor (Sports), Emmanuel Carrère (Literature), Katalin Karikó, Drew Weissman, Philip Felgner, Uğur Şahin, Özlem Türeci, Derrick Rossi and Sarah Gilbert (Technical and Scientific Research), and CAMFED (International Cooperation).
Both King Felipe and Princess Leonor made speeches during the ceremony and Princess Leonor handed out the awards.
Queen Letizia wore a new The 2nd Skin Co. dress with her Manolo Blahnik pumps and Bottega Veneta clutch. She paired the outfit with the Joyes de Pasar earrings and bracelets and her Karen Hallam gold ring.
Princess Leonor wore a Bgo & Me dress (with thanks to @letizia_de_princesa_a_reina) with new black pumps.
Infanta Sofia wore a Felipe Varela black top that belongs to her mother with a new Psophia skirt (with thanks to @letizia_de_princesa_a_reina) and her Carolina Herrera black ballet flats.
Queen Sofia wore a repeated outfit with a Loewe embellished bag.
