Spanish Royal Family attends 2024 Princess of Asturias Awards

On Friday evening, King Felipe, Queen Letizia, Princess Leonor, Infanta Sofia, and Queen Sofia attended the 2024 Princess of Asturias Awards.

This year’s winners are Magnum Photos (Concord), Joan Manuel Serrat (Arts), Marjane Satrapi (Communication and Humanities), Michael Ignatieff ( Social Sciences), Carolina Marín (Sports), Ana Blandiana (Literature), Daniel J. Drucker, Jeffrey M. Friedman, Joel F. Habener, Jens Juul Holst, and Svetlana Mojsov (Technical and Scientific Research), and the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (International Cooperation).

Both King Felipe and Princess Leonor made speeches during the ceremony and Princess Leonor handed out the awards.

Queen Letizia wore a Carolina Herrera dress with Magrit black pumps and her Magrit black clutch. She paired the outfit with her De Grisogono earrings and her Coreterno ring.

Princess Leonor wore a black suit with her PINKCHICguagua pumps and her mother’s Yanes earrings.

Infanta Sofia wore a printed blazer with a black top, black trousers, and PINKCHICguagua pumps.

Queen Sofia wore an Alejandro de Miguel jacket with black trousers, black pumps, and her Loewe bag.
