The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visit RAF Air Cadets' 282 Squadron in London

Today, on the Queen’s 95th birthday, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended their first public engagement since the death of Prince Philip. They visited the RAF Air Cadets' 282 Squadron in London as the Duchess of Cambridge has been Honorary Air Commandant of the RAF Air Cadets since 2015 taking over the Duke of Edinburgh.

During their visit, the couple met the cadets and heard about their training. They also met with cadets who are currently preparing for their Duke of Edinburgh Award. The Duchess of Cambridge also tried an aerial simulator.

Before leaving, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge watched as the RAF Air Cadets' 282 Squadron took part in a Three Cheers Salute in honor of Prince Philip.

The Duchess of Cambridge wore her Dolce & Gabbana black coat with her Tod’s black block heel and her Mulberry black suede clutch. She also wore her Amaia black face mask.
