Today, King Felipe, Queen Letizia, Princess Leonor, and Infanta Sofia were in Cartagena to attend the launch of the Submarine S-81 "Isaac Peral".

In Cartagena, they first visited the Navantia shipyard where they unveiled a plaque marking the occasion and met with workers who took part in the construction of Submarine S- 81 "Isaac Peral".

Afterward, they toured the Navantia facilities to learn more about the submarine. The submarine is the first of a series of four submarines that will enter service in the Spanish Navy in the coming years.

The launching ceremony took place at the dock of the shipyard and Princess Leonor, joined by her father, cut the ribbon to officially launch the new submarine.

Queen Letizia wore her ufo grey midi dress with her Magrit studded snakeskin clutch and pumps. She wore old ufo earrings and her Karen Hallam gold ring.

Princess Leonor wore a white coat that looks like the Adolfo Dominguez coat first worn by her mother and a new Zara dress (with thanks to Letizia de Princesa a Reina). Her red ballet flats are by Mathildas (with thanks to Nuria).

Infanta Sofia wore a new Sfera red dress (with thanks to Letizia de Princesa a Reina) and her Massimo Dutti black ballet flats.
