King Felipe and Queen Letizia open 40th International Contemporary Art Fair-ARCOmadrid
Today, King Felipe and Queen Letizia officially opened the 40th edition of the International Contemporary Art Fair-ARCOmadrid which takes place from July 7 to 11 at Ifema-Madrid.
The fair is one of the main platforms of the art market and an essential piece in the international circuit of promotion and dissemination of creation. This year, the fair concentrates on 25 Artist Projects, all of them by women, which will contribute to giving greater visibility and prominence to the creators.
King Felipe and Queen Letizia toured the different exhibitions showcasing the work of 130 galleries from 26 countries. King Felipe was named President of the Honor Committee of the 40th edition of ARCOmadrid 2021.
Queen Letizia wore a new On Atlas outfit (with thanks to @letizia_de_princesa_a_reina) with her Carolina Herrera slingback nude pumps with her Furla white bag. She also wore her Carolina Herrera earrings and Karen Hallam gold ring.
