Princess Madeleine visits Astrid Lindgren Children's Hospital as Patron of Min Stora Dag

Today, Princess Madeleine visited the Astrid Lindgren Children's Hospital as Patron of Min Stora Dag in Stockholm.

Princess Madeleine first met with Jennifer McShane, Secretary-General of Min Stora Dag, and Svante Norgren, Head of Astrid Lindgren's Children's Hospital, to learn more about Min Stora Dag's latest development and close collaboration with healthcare.

Afterward, Princess Madeleine met with several children who are currently hospitalized. The meeting took place outdoors in the play therapy area and was socially distanced. They took part in several activities such as drawing and building legos.

About her visit, Princess Madeleine said: “The children were all real fighters and I enjoyed seeing them all! I hope with all my heart that the children and their families will have a bright future.”

Princess Madeleine wore a white knit top with her Marni green printed skirt as well as her Jimmy Choo pumps and Angel Jackson clutch. She paired the outfit with Sophie by Sophie earrings, a matching Sophie by Sophie ring, her Cartier bracelet, and her Rolex watch.
